4.4 Modification and Adaptation

You are free to edit, retouch, or otherwise modify your generated photos as you see fit. This includes the use of additional software or services to enhance or alter the images.

4.5 Transferability

The rights and access granted to you are transferable. You may transfer, sell, or license your rights to the generated photos to other parties.

4.6 No Attribution Required

You are not required to provide attribution or credit to JustHeadshots.ai when using your generated photos. However, we welcome and appreciate voluntary credits.

4.7 Privacy and Security

Your uploaded photos and generated images are securely stored and processed. We do not share or use your images for any purposes other than generating your headshots, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustHeadshots.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
